Kendra Payne, the founder of Brown Girl In Balance, is a 500 hr certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic coach, and herbalist. She has been teaching yoga for the past 8 years and recently began the process of opening an inclusive wellness space in the Catskills of New York.
Kendra specializes in bringing the ancient practice of yoga and Ayurveda into our very modern lives. These timeless practices have helped people find balance for hundreds of years and through the constant discovery of the practice, we can also find balance.
