Our 5-day routine will challenge you to start or maintain a consistent yoga practice and reap the benefits. After 4 weeks of this routine, you will feel more flexible, stronger, more energetic, and calmer.
This class pack is perfect for the complete beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner wanting a clear plan and accountability to stay motivated and consistent. You'll learn when and how often to practice, yoga fundamentals, and go-to yoga sequences.
Classes are taught by different teachers to give you a chance to explore different teaching styles and class types.
You will also gain access to bonus classes:
- Meditation for Wholeness (10-minutes) to cultivate wholeness, totality, clarity, and ease
- Intro to Kemetic Yoga (30-minutes) to learn and practice the fundamentals of the Egyptian holistic healing practice
- Intro to Yoga Class (30-minutes) to use as a daily practice after you complete the 5-day routine
- 2 Yoga Blocks (or something of equal size, 4" x 6" x 9")
- 1 Yoga Bolster (or a firm pillow)
- 1 Yoga Strap (or a belt)

Carla Christine is a certified yoga teacher and holistic wellness advocate. After 10+ years working as an electrical engineer, she quit her job to create Yoga Green Book.
She started practicing yoga in 2011 after suffering from debilitating anxiety. Following her first class, she recognized yoga had the ability to aid in self-healing. After year-long training, Carla completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification. She considers herself a lifelong yoga student and continues to expand her knowledge in yoga philosophy and asana through regular trainings and workshops.
Her classes create a safe space to foster an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. She designs courses based on students' requests.
Currently, Carla lives in Medellin, Colombia, with her husband and 1 year-old baby girl. She strives to connect and practice with yogis worldwide.
