This yoga class begins with a seated warm up and then moves into a few standing postures that gently tone muscles. The chair is always present for your support! Great for beginners and those who need assistance with balance.
Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga founder, Erica Rascon, is a 200-hr RYT yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is currently a 300-hr YTT candidate. She specializes in integrated wellness, which unites the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health in pursuit of wholeness.
