A strong core can promotes healthy posture, steady balance, and can even reduce back pain. Join Erica in a sequence to strengthen your core muscles. Together, you will tone the muscle of the trunk including glutes, hips, back, shoulders, abdomen and chest. This class will leave you feeling strong and stable. Class was created with the beginner (with a strong fitness practice) in mind but is suitable for all levels.
This is a Level 1 class.
Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga founder, Erica Rascon, is a 200-hr RYT yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is currently a 300-hr YTT candidate. She specializes in integrated wellness, which unites the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health in pursuit of wholeness.
