Wide-legged Forward Fold is a pose seen in all styles of Yoga asana, and a great one to tweak and perfect. This tutorial will guide you through a short warmup, followed by four unique expressions of the pose. Warming up beforehand with a few rounds of Sun Salutations will make this experience ever more pleasant.
