Intermediate Chair Yoga (45 min)
A gentle, supported practice for a total body workout
In this chair-assisted yoga practice, Erica integrates yoga postures and gentle strengthening techniques for a total body workout. The class may be suitable for students with limited mobility but there are several standing postures (some of which can be modified in a seated position).

Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga founder, Erica Rascon, is a 200-hr RYT yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is currently a 300-hr YTT candidate. She specializes in integrated wellness, which unites the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health in pursuit of wholeness.
