If you've been looking for a way to start yoga, or to get back into your practice, this is the 30-minute class for you. Starbird guides you through a sequence to explore the basics: you begin with slow breathing, and coordinating small movements with breath; then you'll move through mindful Sun Salutations, introductory balancing poses, and stretches for flexibility.

Starbird discovered yoga while in the midst of recovering from alcohol addiction. She is endlessly inspired by the natural flow of the universe, as well as helping others connect with themselves. Her classes are a mix of spirituality, strength building, and keepin it real.
