Join Nikki in a Body Scan Meditation with Nikki that is designed to send breathe, awareness, and love to every part of the body. With this guided meditation, you will create a sense of connectivity and groundedness.
This is an All Levels practice.
Rose Garden Vibez creator, Nikki Dixon-Ewing is a 200-hour RYT Yoga Instructor with yoga alliance. She is currently in Houston where she teaches at a number of yoga studios.
Nikki has a love for meditation which she often shares via workshops as a means to introduce the metal and spiritual health benefits of both yoga and meditation. She discovered yoga while trying to heal from a knee injury. After realizing she was able to fully recover on her own through yoga, she adopted the practice as a lifestyle and later sought out her teaching certification.
Today, Nikki offers private sessions and free community classes all while teaching at studios. Her classes are Vinyasa-based with a slower pace designed to feel the body working on every level; stimulating a deep stretch, toning, and strengthening. Nikki feels her classes cultivate a sense of empowerment by clearing the mind and feeling the body work with you instead of against you, which is how the true healing begins.
