This power flow with JeLisa is a sequence of foundation yoga postures known as a sun salutation to sweat, build strength and warm up the body. It will give you a full body workout that focuses on allowing the breath to guide your movement. Join her to clear your mind, build strength, and release tension within the body.
JeLisa began her yoga journey in 2017 as a physical outlet while recovering from a bad breakup. She received more than she bargained for as yoga allowed her to heal known and unknown trauma.
She traveled to Phoenix, AZ to attend the 2018 Buti Yoga Convention where she won a 200-hour Yoga Teaching Certification (completed in April 2019). She uses her Instagram to exhibit how yoga and mindfulness practices can change your thoughts and life. JeLisa's passion for yoga led her to Peru in June 2019 for a profound yoga retreat and networking experience with other yogis.
