Simple Home Workout for Beginners
Sculpt and tone your body in 15-minutes with minimal equipment
Join Jordan in a simple and effective 15-minute workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment. You will use resistance training with weights and bands to tone muscle in certain areas that are hard to address in yoga. Weight bearing exercises are also included to build bone density joint integrity.
- Dumbbell weights (5-10 lbs)

Jordan Guilford is a sports performance coach based out of Toronto, Ontario. He spent four years as a fitness instructor with the Canadian Armed Forces and is currently Fitness Director of Canadian Ice Academy, an elite training center for hockey players and figure skaters. He also owns Vej Athletics training and performance.
