This is a straight-forward Power Yoga class: Sun Salutations, core work, standing balancing poses, and arm balances for different levels, all leading to Hanumanasana aka full splits. Take your time, utilize props as needed, and leave your ego off the mat so you can truly enjoy the practice.
Starbird discovered yoga while in the midst of recovering from alcohol addiction. She is endlessly inspired by the natural flow of the universe, as well as helping others connect with themselves. Her classes are a mix of spirituality, strength building, and keepin it real.
