Working Towards Splits (60 min)
An all-levels practice to prepare the body for front splits
The splits probably won’t happen overnight! Join Erica in this 60-minute class as she prepares the body for front splits (full hanumanasana). We will emphasize the calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors, and side body in preparation for this posture. This is an all-levels practice catered to those who regularly practice strength and flexibility poses or exercises.
Recommended props: 2 blocks (or stacks of books) 1 bolster (or at least 2 bed pillows, stacked)
