This flow is to help athletes of all levels regain flexibility in their quads and hamstrings. Often times, as athletes, we get so used to strengthening our bodies and forget to balance that out with stretching and flexibility. This video is for athletes of all levels to get that flexibility back and connect the mind and body while doing it!
Tosin Adeniyi is a former division one athlete who found yoga through sports. As a newly motivated yoga instructor, Tosin looks to help athletes of all levels to connect their mind and body to maximize performance on the court, field, and in everyday life.
Tosin completed her 200-hour teacher training September of 2019 and has been teaching (online and in person) ever since. Tosin enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health through her instagram (@tosin_adeniyi13) and her blog website (travelingaddictblog.com). Tosin's style of teaching and classes are energetic, spicy, and "zen with some flair".
