Yoga for Back & Shoulders
Soar back and shoulders, get outta here!
This 45-minute flow is meant to teach everyone how to release the tensions in their back and shoulders. Join Tosin for stretching and twisting (which involves some leg strength believe it or not!) to soothe your body. If you have tightness in your shoulders and lower back pain, this flow is for you! This class was created with the athlete in mind but is useful for everyone.
Tosin Adeniyi is a former division one athlete who found yoga through sports. As a newly motivated yoga instructor, Tosin looks to help athletes of all levels to connect their mind and body to maximize performance on the court, field, and in everyday life.
Tosin completed her 200-hour teacher training September of 2019 and has been teaching (online and in person) ever since. Tosin enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health through her instagram (@tosin_adeniyi13) and her blog website (travelingaddictblog.com). Tosin's style of teaching and classes are energetic, spicy, and "zen with some flair".
