Join Biola in a 30-minute yoga sequence to relieve this tension and create more mobility in your body. You can do this sequence in the comfort of your home or in your office.
- Yoga tune up ball (or a lacrosse ball or a tennis ball)
- Yoga block, 4" x 6" x 9" (or something of around the house of equal size like a shoe box - that's not empty so it won't crush)
